It is a video installation that simulates the rhythmic interplay between the glowing sun and floating clouds. In nature, we often perceive the natural light as moving, despite it always coming from a fixed point in space. An artificial recreation of this natural phenomenon allows for the artist to control the movement of the clouds and as well as the visibility of the rays through the smoke - creating a physical experience of light and shadow that both surprises and disorients. The light piercing through the clouds gives a feeling of physical movement to it, despite the source of the rays being stationary.
