A Blacker Cloud is a real time smoke trigger installa- tion that contains three glass boxes. A programmed smoke generated system creates a puff of cloud in each box. From white to grey and eventually turning to black, the gradual change of colour is akin to our gradually changing environment. Black smoke is often attributed to contamination and pollution.

 

As a space for viewers to think of a future without resolution, it is yet to witness a progressive process of destruction. The viewers see the movement of white and black smoke. From a misty environment to an explosion of a singular cloud, the organic shape fully fills into an artificial cube and slowly vanishes from sight.
